Thermal Fuse
Model Number: GEW9259PWO Brand: Whirlpool Age: 1 - 5 years
I replaced the Thermal Fuse but it has stopped working again. I checked the exhaust, it has no obstruction. Before I replace it again, does anyone know what may be causing this fuse to blow.

The thermal fuse opens with excessive heat. It's a good idea, when you replace it, that you replace the cycling and high limit thermostats as well.

Which thermal fuse?
There are two of them. One on the blower and one on the heater. Here is your tech sheet http://www.servicematters.com/docs/w...%208558722.pdf
