Thanks Lori Lori, Sounds like the start switch is working, so you'll need to check the door switch, in the upper right hand side of the door opening, press on the little lever several times and listen for the "click" when you push the lever in,and when you release it. From there we'll have to get to the inside components and make several resitance checks on the fuses and switches. Good Luck, :) :) :)

Lori You'll need to remove the front panel (basic hand tools) and check circuits with a meter, Part number: AP3873826
To remove the front panel assembly, You'll need to remove the lint filter, and the 2 screws holding the filter housing assembly. With a putty knife or simillar tool release the 2 spring clips holding the top to the front panel(approximately 3 inches in from the corners) and raise the top. Remove the 2 1/4 in. screws holding the front panel to the cabinet frame flange, and pull the top out towards you. Disconnect the wires to the door switch, and pull the front panel out and up to release it from the bottom tabs. (the drum will fall down, it is supported by the front panel interior flanges). Reach under the drum and release the drive belt from the motor and idler assembly(s)*make a note how the belt is routed thru the pulley(s) for reinstallation* slide the drum out through the front, and start looking for broken or damageed parts. When you're ready to start checking circuits, let us know and we can advise you of the checks from there. :) :) :)
