Model Number: mdb4000awa Brand: Maytag Age: 5 - 10 years
Dishwasher leaking from the right front at the bottom of door and also leaking from where the float shaft comes out at the bottom of the dishwasher.I called a local appliance center and the tech told me to make sure the float shaft moved free because if it does'nt it could cause the dishwasher to over fill ,he also told me it could also be a bad float switch.I checked the float shaft made sure it moved free. Ran the dishwasher and it still leaked.I then replaced the float switch, ran the dishwasher again and it still leaked. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
