Parts or tests already tried: Purchased a replacement motor. The motor fits and appears correct, but the wires are too short to reach the connector.

Hi DT, you can call Customer Service and we can get a replacement shipped out to you. You could also splice and crimp the wires if you’re comfortable doing that, but we’d be more than happy to correct the issue for you.
