Will Whirlpool door parts fit my Kenmore?

We have a white Kenmore dishwasher. My wife would like to switch the door panel and the control panel to stainless/black to match the rest of the kitchen.

On the Sears parts site, I find I need parts 8558946 and W10137625. When I googled those part numbers I came up with Whirlpool parts that are also door panels and control panels. I don’t mind if the brand name on the outside says “Whirlpool” instead of Kenmore but would those parts fit seamlessly?

The two parts are at least $50 cheaper if I buy Whirlpool instead of Kenmore.

Would not give a guarantee unless I had actually done one and I have not BUT your odds are high because Whirlpool makes the 665 Kenmores

Thanks for the info. I was not comfortable buying the Whirlpool parts unless I absolutely KNEW they would fit as it was a mail order.

In the meantime, I found a code that gave me 20% off my parts order at Sears so that helped to equalize the price.

If anyone is interested, the code was; “80013”. Just put it in at checkout where it asks for promotional codes.
