My Whirpool washer just stopped spinning:mad: , my friend told me that could be the belt??!! is that right?
What parts do I need to order? and how easy/complicate to replace these parts?

Hi Oanh Le,

There is no belt in your washer. It calls “direct drive”.

Does it drain and/or agitate?
