I was able to get to the bottom and remove the clutch/drive cover and snapped a couple of pics.
I also could rotate the basket just by rotating the pulley.
I was thinking of ordering the Drive Clutch Kit but thought I would ask first based on the pictures. Please let me know.

Does the pulley feel like it is a little loose? Usually, that is the only time a belt shield will have grooves like that cut into it.
Everything feels rather tight, no wobbling at all.
If you remove the drive pulley, do any of the gear teeth look damaged?
