Main Symptom: won’t complete cycle
What happens & when: Will start cycle and begin filling with water. After 30-60 seconds it stops running and never goes any further.

Parts or tests already tried: Electronic Control Board W11637581 and fill switch

Is it flashing anything after this happens? Does it have any codes in diagnostics mode?

The code it shows in diagnostic mode is “E4E3 wash motor”. Is it safe to assume I have to replace this? I’ve already tried clearing blockages and there aren’t any. The only thing I haven’t tried yet is checking the electrical connection at the motor itself. Also, this is in a rental of mine and it takes time coordinating when I can go over there.
Yup, you’ve either got a wash motor W11612326 that isn’t coming on or a control board W11637581 that isn’t sending voltage to it. You can try testing the motor’s resistance value at the motor, should be about 5-15Ω.
