Whirlpool washer is very loud when it spins

Main Symptom: Washer makes a very loud noise while spinning, not a grinding or banging sound. No squealing, no loud noise during wash cycle or when filling. The machine is loudest at its highest speed. Don’t see any leaking underneath

This would most likely be an issue with the bearings being faulty and would need to replace the gearcase.
