Whirlpool Washer gets OL code at the end of the cycle

Brand: Whirlpool
Model Number: WTW8800YC0 / Type: 580-04
Main Symptom: ol code (OverLoad)
What happens & when: Washer gets a OL code towards the end of the cycle (stops and does not spin clothes). I can power off move dial to another cycle and start which will finish with spin at the end.

Error Code (if any): ol
Parts or tests already tried: Have ordered and replaced Suspension Rod Kit (all four) and the RPS Sensor but still getting error. The Stator looks fine without any cracks.

The Overload issue will indicate that the load size is too large or there is mechanical friction that is not allowing the basket to disengage. Check for things that may be caught between the tubs and check the basket basket drive.

Agree… those were items I checked prior to buying the parts (Suspension Rod Kit and Rotor Position Sensor). I have tried all different size loads and the ol and the overload continues to happen) have also pulled the washer plate to see if there were any obstructions and found none. I have not replaced the Stator mainly because it did not have any cracks or damage (and the cost involved to rule it out).

Thanks,

Ken

Pull the inner tub and check the hub to make sure that it is not damaged or has anything that would keep it from raising up when needed.
