Freezer is from 2020 and worked fine for years but suddenly I went in recently and everything was softer but not melted, and the lights worked. I got back the next day and clearly its not freezing. I crank the power dial from 5 to 7 (max) and hear the motor rev up and think ok great. Come back and it froze stuff. About 2 days later though I check and it’s not freezing again. I empty the freezer to prevent spoilage, and then come back the next day and it is freezing again! Of course I dont move stuff in yet, but the next day the freezer is clearly not freezing once again. Odd…
What diagnostic should I look at for this sudden problem?..
