Main Symptom: Temp. Setting
Temp setting is on minimum (first LED) Press temp. select and setting for lower temp. LED’S change. Shut the door and after a few minutes the LED changes back to the warmer setting. I’ve tried pushing the select button after choosing. Tried the select befor and so far nothing worked. I appreciate any help.

For GE W2F34X16DW00, if the temperature-setting LEDs change when you press Temp Select, but then return to the warmest/minimum setting a few minutes later, the first thing to determine is whether that is normal display behavior or the setpoint actually resetting.
Press Temp Select to choose a colder setting, then leave the controls alone—there normally shouldn’t be a separate “save” button. After the LED changes back, press Temp Select once. If it briefly shows the colder setting you selected, the setting was saved and the display is simply reverting to its normal indication.
If it actually shows that the setpoint has returned to minimum/warmest, then the setting is not being retained. In that case, the most likely problem is the temperature control/user-interface board, with the temperature sensor/thermistor also worth checking.

Going to unplug the freezer for 5 minutes to see if a reset helps. If not Then will follow your instructions. Actually your help is exactly what I was thinking so I really appreciate your confirmation. Regards, Don
