What happens & when: I replaced the capacitor and the start a switch.Although the freezer and the refrigerator still do not cool.

Error Code (if any):
Parts or tests already tried: capacitor and starter switch replaced. Compressor runs.

If the compressor runs the capacitor and start device has done their job. If the compressor is running and you have no cooling then this is likely a sealed system issue such as low refrigerant charge (leak) non-efficient compressor, system restriction, all of which will require an EPA-Certified technician to complete these types of repairs.
