What happens & when:

Caught fire and burned it in half. So I replaced it with a new heating element purchased from your website and it still won’t heat. The connection almost looks like its not fully engaged? But im scared to break it by forcing it. Bad part? Bad connection?

Parts or tests already tried: replaced with brand new bake heating element

Test with a multimeter the power to the element when in the bake mode, you should read 240VAC. If you have 240VAC, check the connections to the element, if you do not then check the wiring back to the control as you likely have a wiring or control issue.
