It appears that this may be a UK model, which unfortunately limits the technical documentation available in our system.
If you’re able to, try removing the top panel of the dryer and check for a technical sheet. These are often located either attached to the underside of the top panel or on one of the inside side walls of the cabinet. That sheet can provide valuable diagnostic information specific to your model.
Also, while you have access to the unit, try rotating the drum by hand. Does it spin freely, or does it feel like there is more resistance than normal?
That information will help narrow down what may be causing the issue. Let us know what you find and we’ll continue troubleshooting from there.
I have removed top and the sides, but no technical sheet. I cleaned the inside with vacuum cleaner, checked the condensate water pump reservoir in the back ( was clean), i even cleaned the moisture sensor in the drum. The drum moves if you force it, it does not stay spinning. After cleaning and assembling the dryer, it ran 20-30min then shows F19 and if i then try to run again some program it wont start immediately, only the pump in the back makes noise and then it tries to start the drum but gets like stuck, even a little nudge test didnt help and it ends with F12 or F19 and bottom filter warning came also although i just cleaned it.
I think it is some kind of airflow issue and overheating thing, but I am no expert. I saw a video in youtube with similar content where they take apart the dryer and clean the condenser unit, but I dont know if this would solve my problem. https://youtu.be/g-0vvyCl6t0?si=qQ5ETIFHfelnH-3v
These are explanations for the errors:
F12 — Electronic control fault
F19 — Fan motor or heating fault (washer dryers only)
Cleaning the condenser section can help eliminate it as a possibility regarding air flow. However, there is usually a blower fan attached to the drive motor that is used to push air through the condenser. If it gets congested or blocked in the blower wheel section, it could cause an air flow issue, or excess resistance on the motor which could present like a drum getting stuck. With the control failure code, it is possible that the motor and blower wheel could be an influence. On the bottom of this unit, is there a motor with a blower wheel attached or is there a fan motor separate from the drive motor?
From what the error descriptors are, checking the motor and blower for any indications of damage, blockage, or failure would be the next step that I would take. From what everything sounds like, it seems as though either there is something causing the motor to hang up (resulting in multiple failures), or there could possibly be a control failure.
