I’ve got a whirlpool gold quiet partner III model GU2455XTSS0 that does not work. The control panel does not light up at all. I have checked the power connection and that is ok. Any guidance is greatly appreciated.

You will notice there is a thermal fuse (NON-RESETTABLE BI-METAL) in the power in circuit. I would check that next. Item 6 in the “Control panel parts” section.
