Whirlpool electric dryer will not power on. Console unresponsive

Brand: Wirlpool
Model Number: WED5605MC0
Main Symptom: Console will not power on
What happens & when: plug it in, and the led on the board blinks fast then goes to 1 per second.

Error Code (if any): none
Parts or tests already tried:

I started by replacing the drum, rollers and console.

Worked fine for a few weeks, then the console will not power on. So I replaced the power control board.

I have since replaced the door switch, thermistor, and the dryer sensor wire harness.

List of purchased items.

Drum, rollers, power control board, console, thermistor, door switch, dryer sensor wire harness.

Still wont turn on.

I tested the thermal fuse, and it reads 1 ohm.

I am not seeing the model number WED5650MC0, is it possible that the model number is WED5605MC0? A test that can be done to help identify where testing might need to go would be testing at the terminal block where the power cord connects to the dryer. With your meter set to Volts AC, what readings show up when testing from the red wire to the black wire, from the red wire to the white wire, and from the black wire to the white wire?

My mistake on the model# updated it above.

When power is connected the Green LED on the PCM blinks fast then goes to 1 blink per second.

Can confirm voltage is good. 240v across A-B phase and 120v A-N and B-N.

Are there any other components I would test that would not allow power to the console?

It’s a new console purchased about a month ago, and everything was working great. Now nothing.

I’m about 1000$ into it for parts.. and I’ll keep spending to fix it lol..

If you access the main control, is there 120 Volts AC present when testing from the black wire at connection J9 pin 2 to the white wire at connection J8 pin 3? If there is, your meter can be set to Volts DC to test the red wire to the black wire at connection J2 pin 1 and 4 respectively. Is there 12.7 Volts DC present?

Yes sir can confirm 13V DC off of J2 1-4

The next test would be identifying if there is DC data voltage when testing from J2 pin 3 to pin 4. Once that reading is identified (even if it is 0), the same voltage and DC data voltage tests would need to be done using the same wires at the console interface control. If 13 Volts DC is missing at the red wire and the black wire, or if there is DC data voltage at the black wire and yellow wire, then the wire harness is causing the issue.
