Main Symptom: will not heat
What happens & when: I can see the glow but then there is a knock on the glow goes out and it will not fire
Error Code (if any):
Parts or tests already tried: I changed the following; ignitor kit, thermistor and thermal fuse. Still doesn’t fire?

Have you checked all of the wiring to make sure there aren’t any loose, damaged, or burnt connections?
I’ve also attached a tech sheet that will show you how to put the unit into diagnostic mode. Once you’re in diagnostics, let me know what error codes come up, and we’ll be able to narrow down the issue from there.
