What happens & when: Whirlpool dishwasher DU840SWPU0 will not dispense detergent. I am not sure how to set the follower to engage with the actuator.

Error Code (if any):
Parts or tests already tried: Replaced Actuator, Actuator spring, door latch linkage bar, detergent lid spring, dispenser lid pin, dispenser latch kit.

I can not find any video that explains how to set the door latch linkage bar to engage with the follower after I replaced all of these parts. The service manual does not seem to explain this part clearly either.
