Whirlpool 59673503201 bottom freezer.

Freezes food in bottom tray, thermostat is set to warmest setting.

From your owners manual.When you adjust

temperatures what’s frozen will have to be unfrozen to see if the adjustment work!

Thanks Big Buck! Unfortunately, I have the thermostat set at its lowest setting and still freezing.

You have 2 controls one for your thermostat.That’s the one for the Freezer and the other one for the Refrigerator.Have adjusted the refrigerator one?
