While reassembling my washer after injstalling new clutch parts a 2" long brass pin fell out while reinstalling the shaft. I cannot finbd where this goes?

It is just the shipping lock pin. There are 2. They fall into little plastic cups when you first set up the washer and pull the release cord. You do not need it

Yes just toss the pin out, unless you just want to keep it
