When the new ice maker assy is mounted with all mounting screws and is turned on, the ice maker is dead/nonfunctioning. Additionally with the unit installed the water flow is minimal. There is also interefernce with the ice tray and the assy housing

I believe I have the issues resolved except the no functioning issue when the assembly is hard mounted with mounting screws. Loosening the screws the assembly works and I plan to leave the mounting screws loose and stop fussing with this install, since the ice maker is functioning. Additionally, I found attempting to get through managing/providing the initial inputs to your tech people and a response to be extremely difficult and frustrating!!
