What is making this noise on Kenmore Oasis?

I have replaced the drain pump. I have pulled the inner tub and cleaned all the filters out inside. There is nothing in it. I have even removed teh pump and run it OFF the machine. It runs silently. When I repeat this exercise on the machine, it makes a rattling pulsating noise. It is quite loud. I guess its normal but it sure is annoying. Nothing in the pump itself and it only does this when it has drained most of the water out. When the tub is full, you don’t hear it.

Is there anything that can be done about it? Video link is the noise with the new motor. As I said, silent when it’s off the machine and no water it in. Silent when full tub and draining. Only making this noise when the tub has drained and there isn’t but a little water banging around inside.

The water in the tub helps muffle the noise during operation. Once it drains, the hollow tub acts like an amplifier, which makes the sound more noticeable. The pulsing you hear is normal — any remaining water adds resistance to the motor, briefly slowing it down until the impeller clears it away. Unfortunately, the manufacturer doesn’t provide any official recommendations for reducing or dampening the noise further.
