Brand:/Samsung Model Number: NE58F9500SS/AA Main Symptom: The oven reaches set temperature the recedes by 50-100 degrees. It never comes back up to the set temperature. This occurs in either Bake or Convection Baking modes What happens & when:
Error Code (if any):No error codes show on the display.
Parts or tests already tried: The oven range temperature sensor has been replaced Part No. DG32-00004C and the High range thermostat Part No. DE47-20037A was also replaced. They did not test bad. Had the parts before we found the youtube video on how to test them.

For Samsung NE58F9500SS/AA, the symptom is actually very specific:
The oven preheats normally and reaches the set temperature.
Once at temperature, the cavity temperature falls 50–100°F below the set point.
The bake element and/or convection system never brings the temperature back up.
The problem occurs in both Bake and Convection Bake.
No error codes are displayed.
The oven temperature sensor (DG32-00004C) and high-limit thermostat (DE47-20037A) have already been replaced, making those unlikely causes.
Most likely causes (in order)
1. Relay on the Main PCB (Most Likely)
Once preheat is complete, the control board cycles the bake and broil elements through relays. A relay can work during preheat but fail once it begins cycling.
Check:
During the temperature drop, verify whether the bake element is receiving 240 VAC.
If the control is calling for heat but there is no voltage to the element, the main PCB is defective.
2. Weak Bake Element
A bake element can partially fail while still heating enough to preheat.
Test:
Measure resistance with power disconnected.
Typical value:
Approximately 15–30 Ω
Inspect for blisters, cracks, or burnt spots.
If resistance is open or significantly higher than normal, replace the bake element.
3. Main PCB Not Reading Temperature Correctly
Even with a new sensor, the control board could be misinterpreting the sensor signal.
With power disconnected:
Measure resistance of the sensor at the control board connector, not at the sensor itself.
At room temperature (~75°F), it should read about 1080 Ω.
If it measures correctly at the board, the wiring harness is good and the control board becomes the primary suspect.
4. Wiring Issue
Inspect:
Sensor connector
Bake element terminals
Harness between the control board and bake element
Look for overheated or loose terminals
Recommended Diagnostic
Start Bake at 350°F.
Allow the oven to preheat.
When the temperature begins dropping:
Measure voltage at the bake element.
If 240 VAC is present, the bake element is bad.
If no 240 VAC is present, the main PCB is not energizing the element.
Based on your repair history
Since:
Sensor replaced
High-limit thermostat replaced
Same symptom in Bake and Convection Bake
No error codes
The electronic oven control/main PCB is the most likely failed component, assuming the bake element has proper continuity and is not open.
