I’ve had the old familiar issues that a lot of folks have with these GE’s: comes out of sleep mode and beeps randomly, then WON’T power on when you open the door, etc. Sometimes flipping the breaker fixes it. Finally quit and could not get it to come on at all. I replaced the board on the bottom of the unit and that did nothing. I ordered what I was led to believe was the correct user interface board that has the buttons and LED readout at the top of the door. The part arrived in a GE box: WD21X31902C. Only paperwork in the box was a jumper settings table and I found my model listed - GDF620HGJ5WW (said GDF620 on the sheet). However, the board itself included no jumpers. In fact it included no pins for the jumpers to to be pushed on to. There was a blank spot on the board with numbered holes that the pin block was obviously supposed to be soldered to. Do I need to solder in my own pins?

Did you order it from us? The diagram for your model does show that part number ( GE WD21X31902C Dishwasher User Interface Control Board | Genuine OEM Part ) but according to the accompanying photos it should have a jumper block

No, I did not buy it from you. I’ve already ordered the pin assemblies to solder in and I believe I can use jumpers salvaged from old computer hard drives. The same part number on your site has photos that show the jumpers. The fact that someone is selling “jumperless” versions makes no sense to me.
