Water pressure on top rack

not enough water presure in the top rack, water comes out under the rack spinner but not the rigth presure to make it spin.

This can be caused by a number of things.

  1. Check the below to be sure that the little flapper valve on the unused water port is there. If not the water will shoot out into the tub instead of into the spray arm.

  2. The unit may not be getting enough water most units fill to just below the heating element but I am not sure about this unit. Add a gallon or so of hot water just after the fill. If it now runs OK then check the filter screen on the input side of the water valve.

  3. Open up the pump and check the filters and the chopper.
