Water inlet valve for Samsung dishwasher

Brand: Samsung Smartthings Dishwasher
Model Number: DW80CG5451SR
Main Symptom: Water was not getting into maching
What happens & when:

Error Code (if any): SC was the code 40 minutes into cycle but it wasn’t draining because there wasn’t any water going into the machine.
Parts or tests already tried: Disconnected hose from machine, water is moving through it. Hose is not clogged. Looking to replace intlet valve. Just want assurance that there isn’t a different problem.

Just to make sure, get a multimeter and check for AC voltage at the valve. There should be 120 Volts when it is the process of calling for water. If the voltage is there and it won’t put water in, replace the valve.
