Refrigerator/Freezer works ok except water/ice is collecting on the shelves.

Look to see if there is a drain trap on the back of the freezer (in the middle on the back) if so, check if it is clogged there. If not take the back out the freezer and look under the freezer coils for a drain hole. It may be covered with ice and if so remove all the ice.
