Main Symptom: water drains out of drain as soon as you attempt to wash, water fills tub and also water comes out of main drain and water drains out of tub until empty.

Per the installation guide for model WET4024HW0, the drain standpipe must be between 39 and 96 inches high, and the washer drain hose should extend no more than 3 inches into the standpipe.
These requirements help prevent a siphoning condition, where water is unintentionally pulled out of the washer during operation.
