Washer pauses while filling for wash cycle but doesn't pause on rinse cycle

What happens & when:Hot, Cold or warm water pauses while filling small/medium or large load size. Eventually fills completely and runs cycle. Rinse cycle does not pause while filling.

Error Code (if any):
Parts or tests already tried:Replaced water level sensor, replaced main control board. Bypassed lid locking mechanism and lid lock led is lit while filling.

The rinse cycle only uses cold water. The hot or warm cycle uses hot and cold to give a specific water temperature. It pauses to check the temperature and adjust accordingly. The rinse cycle uses straight cold water, no need to adjust.

Thank you David. I have tried the wash cycle on just cold water. Do you think the valve would still be trying to sense the temperature of the water?

It is always sending the water unless it is on ca old water rinse. Now, they will agitate, pause, fill, agitate, pause, fill. This is the washer also determining the load size.
