Washer not draining in any mode and pump just humming

Parts or tests already tried:checked drain hose for blockage and took hose off water ran freely when hose was removed I think pump might be bad

If you’re hearing the drain pump AP6989186 hum and all the hoses are clear it is going to be the drain pump. Humming tells us the drain pump is getting power, so either the impeller in the pump has stripped or the pump is locked up. That F9E1 code is a long drain code.
