Compressor don’t even need that capacitor to run.It is more for energy efficiency. The more than likely problem maybe the relay or bad compressor .Take relay out and shake it.If it rattles it is bad. WP10097202 Refrigerator Compressor Start Relay | Genuine Whirlpool OEM In Stock
