Viking 4 burner stove burners not sparking even after replacing the PA020041 spark module

Please make sure to click on General above and select the correct appliance type first.

Brand: Viking
Model Number: VGSS300-4BD-SS
Main Symptom: no spark after new spark module replacement
What happens & when: All of a sudden the stove top spark failed when trying to light an unused burner (while other burners were being used). The spark (to all 4 burners) failed to be restored even after replacing the spark module with part number PA020041. I have confirmed to have 120V going to the replaced (and original) spark module. However, turning any of the burner knobs does not generate a clicking noise. Is there something else to ohm out on the spark module to eliminate/identify it being bad or is there another part that could be causing the lack of clicking and spark? Also wanted to add all the burners will light if I were to use an external flame and the flame doesn’t appeared to be decreased.

Thanks.

Check the ignition switches that would be located on each valve to make sure that they have continuity in the lite position.

Would that be the continuity from the ignition switch to the spark module’s plug position of the related burner (to the ignition switch)?

The continuity would be on the switch itself and you could test the wiring between the spark switches to the spark module for continuity as well.

I’ve verified having continuity between the spark switches to the spark module and each individual spark switch having continuity in ignite position. On top of all these having a new spark module installed.

Check the igniter on the burner that is affected to make sure that it is not cracked or damaged.
