My dishwashers rotater arm is not working. Obstructions have been removed and filter cleaned and replaced. I have spun it around and know there is nothing in its way…I tried taking it off and tightening down again. Could it be the motor even though it goes completely through each cycle but does not spin the rotater arm? Please help
