pdw7880j10ss upper wand wont turn. Wand is spinning free ,cleaned crud out of end ports so water can spray,water seems sufficient in tub well over bottom filter grate just about up to bottom of door. Is the wand supposed to spin all the time as the lower does? upper articles like glasses and coffee cups just dont get clean.Any suggestions Gary also when does heater element get hot during cycle. Should it get hot when the tub fills or later during the cycle
