I was getting a high pitched sound coming during the fill cycle and the upper dishes were not being cleaned. I have replaced the inlet solenoid and the sound has gone but the upper rack dishes are still not getting cleaned. I have disassembled the tubes leading to the arm and they are not blocked. I know the lower are is spraying water and the upper arm and impeller are not. What would be causing this problem?
The chopper blade could be broke. This causes the screen to clog and no water to the upper tray.
Place a glass right side up in the upper tray and it should fill with water if you are getting water to the top.
Easy enough to check.
