Chronic problem in this model. Small plastic stud inside the roller in the slider breaks. Maytag dealer keeps telling me I have to replace the entire upper rack ($130) to fix this. The upper rack is fine except for this problem. Maytag replaced it in the first year under warranty. Since then it has broken three times, replacing the stud from other upper racks we have bought. I cannot find the correct stud in the parts lists. Since the machine works fine, I hate to buy a new machine. Any advice would be appreciated.
