Trying to install agitator kit

got the the agitator repair kit in record time!!! Able to see the agitator, took the bolt out, but cannot get the agitator out?!?!?! Is it “clipped” in? Any suggestions, I am afraid I am going to break something else!!!

You only need to take the top portion off the agitator to install the kit.

I bought the video recommended in another post…they pull the top agitator off the bottom portion. I am unable to get the top portion off!!! Am I not pulling hard enough?
