Troubleshooting Fridgidaire Gallery Fridge display issue

Brand: Frigidaire
Model Number: GRSC2352AF6
Main Symptom: See image. All LEDs for buttons on display are lit but buttons still function. The screen shows all lights active reading -88 for Freezer and Fridge. Otherwise fridge works fine.
What happens & when: When I open a door on the fridge, the red warning lights all go on instead of just the door open light. They turn off when I close the door. It started occurring after I removed the display to reset the water nozzle.

Error Code (if any):
Parts or tests already tried: I already made sure the wire connections are secure and reset the fridge by unplugging it for 10 minutes and plugging it back in.

When the water nozzle was reset, did it happen to slip loose in a way that could have sprayed water onto the user interface control? Also, when the user interface was removed, was the power cord unplugged, and were any wires disconnected during that process?

The “-88” display usually indicates a communication issue, so those details can help determine whether this may be from moisture exposure, a loose connection, or something that happened while the interface was removed.
