The guides for the top rack are very loose and rollers can’t be tightened. We sometimes have to put the guides back together, and today the rack fell down while full. Help!
We just noticed that the sides of the unit are bulging outward in the middle. Is this normal? It looks like this may be causing the problem.–Fooey
