My biggest suspicion is still a bad motor ( Whirlpool WP661600 Washer Direct Drive Washer Motor | Genuine OEM Part )
Not quite sure what you’re showing me. Did the terminal end pull out of the wires attached to the capacitor?
No the capacitor was not in the video. I also pulled out the cables before looking at which one went where 
but I think the cable that is closest to the plug goes in the bottom end (closest to motor) and the wire that goes back further into washer goes into the top slot. Is that correct?

Well good news and questionable news.
Good news is the cycle ran completely through without any issues.
Questionable news is it sounded like there was a slight buzzing sound throughout all the aspects of the cycles when the washing machine was in motion.
I can try to get a recording of the sound next time I run a cycle.
Additionally, I have a multimeter now too.
That sounds almost like either something in the pump like string or a vibration . double check that all screws and bolts are tight
