Thermal Cutoff Fuse or not? Broiler works and Oven does not

Brand: GE Monogram
Model Number: ZET3038SH3SS / MM6 08971 Q
Main Symptom: I am confused if this is the WB24T10105 Oven Thermal Cutoff Fuse. The reason is the broiler still works, but the oven cycles, claims it is hitting target temp 3x faster than normal operation and then eventually will through an error. I understand or misunderstood that if the Thermal Cutoff Fuse goes the both Broiler and Oven go cold? Does this model have a resettable fuse? How do I use a multimeter to find out if it is fuse or a control board? This happened after an overnight cleaning where my spouse loaded extra grill items (thermal load exceeded?). Appreciate any guidance.

Kingsleigh66, an easy way to identify if the thermal cut-off is an issue would be identifying if the microwave function works. If it does, the thermal cut-off is good as it is set in the circuit to shut off all heating capability. Does the broil function heat up properly and only a bake cycle is not heating properly?
