I am troubleshooting a Frigidaire Gallery Professional Series Dishwasher Model GPDB998JC0 which is failing to heat the water and the dishes are not coming out dry. All other elements of the operation appear normal. I have tested the heating element (no obvious burnt out or corroded spots) and the element measures 13 ohms. Is 13 ohms a reasonable value (help on-line indicates 0 and infinity are bad) but is 13 ohms for a AP2109109.

Tech sheet says 9, I figure a 900 watt heater at around 16.
So 13 ohms should be good.
Check the thermal cutout for continuity.
Check to see if the heater/thermostat is getting 120 volts when they should [meter on White (Neutral) side of heater to far side of High Limit Thermostat (Red)]
