Suggestions from pros on which brand of Microwave to get

We are getting the F1E4 error code on our Kitchenaid over-the-range microwave. Model KMHS120ESS-02. After looking online and contacting Kitchenaid/Whirlpool parts, the circuit board is no longer available. We would like to have some advice from the pros on here as to which brand to lean towards, if possible. Ours has a stainless finish, and one feature this one has that we really like is the Keep Warm feature. It would need to be at least 1000 watts, and fit into a 30” opening above the range. Also, if any other brands/models have a brighter cooktop lamp, that would be very helpful. Thank you in advance for any recommendations.

Honestly, an appliance replacement is really a personal preference. Myself personally I would purchase a whirlpool or kitchenaid but you have to look at what features you like and what you would want.

Thank you, Ed_C. I’ve just heard that some appliances like LG’s and Samsungs can be difficult to get parts for. And I was hoping that some of the folks who work on these all day may have some insight as to which brands may give the least amount of trouble. I appreciate your response.
