HAD A QUIET ARTNER II replaced control panel then thermal fuse got it up and running using reset keys now getting continuous blinking rinse only light what do I do! Spent major money on new board and fuse still no luck but for one half cycle.

You could also try, disconnecting the touchpad ribbon, from the new control board, thoroughly clean the insertion end of the ribbon with alcohol, re insert the ribbon, properly and tightly, and try again, after you reset the control board.
