Strange smell when the dryer is running

What happens & when: after running a few mins, there is a strange chemical smell

Parts or tests already tried: replaced the heating element and all the associated sensors

I’ve taken the entire dryer apart and find no signs anything scorched or melted. The smell is not inside the dryer…only in the laundry room.

Run the dryer on a no heat cycle, see if the smell is still there. If it is, there is something either outside or around the dryer that is being moved around in the laundry room. If it goes away, there is something around the heater that is being heated up, maybe something on the heater box or blower housing,
