The sprayer arm under the top basket does not rotate. Water does go through it though. Is there something I can do, or do I need a new bearing or something? Thanks!
I should also let you know that the bottom and very top arms do rotate, just not the middle one.:rolleyes: 
if it turns free by hand its ok… check for clogged holes in spray arm and also possible pump is clogged and not enough water pressure… Also make sure supply tube is lines up with the feed hole in rear and isnt clogged
Thanks bambiblaster! One of the holes was clogged with 2 small pieces of plastic-looking stuff. It works fine now!
