Check that the hose going from the valve to the tub and the ports on either end that it attaches to are clear. If that’s good, there’s water to the valve, and you know the valve is getting voltage then it needs to be replaced. The part # for the valve depends on your serial #. If the serial # is 1812016076 or before then you use 205547P. If the serial # is after 1812016076, use 205765.
