Soap dispenser doesn't open during cycle

The soap dispenser door is controlled electronically, it fails to open during the wash cycle. The dispenser was exchanged for one known to be working, but it won’t open either. Is there some way I can check for voltage during the cycle, It says it’s 120 volt. The only difference between this unit and the one we took the good dispenser off of was that the 2 supply wires were reversed.

The model number you posted is incorrect. Verify and repost the complete model number.

I found that to access the dishwasher at the Frigidare site you had to enter the model number I gave you first, then you would get access to a part of the site where you could enter the whole number, seems to be several what I would call sub-models. The completenumber is FDB1500LFCO.

If you already replaced the dispenser and you believe the dispenser is good then (according to the tech sheets) the only the failure suspect is the control board.
