the last rinse water didnt heat in the time allowed could be a bad element or thermastat or the board or the water was to cold to begin with put in a diagnosticto clear the code by doing a keypad dance of pushing normal heated dry normal heated dry normal heated dry all leds will light up then push start then push cancel run machine through a cycle see if it does it again if it does you have a problem
